NOW v. Scheidler Is Finally Completely Over
Thursday, May 10th, 2007After 21 years and 3 trips to the Supreme Court, a federal judge has FINALLY put NOW v. Scheidler to rest. It is about time, and coming on the heals of the Supreme Court decision on partial birth abortion, things are certainly looking up for the pro-life movement….despite the liberal controlled congress.
